MANTANG – Program vaksinasi COVID-19 semakin gencar dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk mencegah penularan virus Corona. Vaksinasi anak usia 12 tahun ke atas di Kecamatan Mantang mulai dilaksanakan Sabtu (10/7), yang diadakan di Aula Kantor Camat Mantang. Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari program “Nasi Kapau” (Vaksinasi Jangkau Pulau) yang sudah dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kecamatan Mantang sejak awal bulan Juni kemarin yang bekerja sama dengan Puskemas Mantang.

Camat Mantang, Siti Zaina, S.STP mengatakan bahwa sebelum pelaksanaan kita sudah lakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat Mantang yang ingin lakukan vaksinasi lewat media sosial. “Kita bisa lihat dimana antusiasnya masyarakat yang datang ketempat vaksinasi sehingga jumlahnya cukup banyak, kegiatan vaksinasi ini kita gelar dengan syarat untuk umum cukup membawa fotocopy KTP dan untuk usia 12 tahun ke atas cukup membawa fotocopy KK serta tentunya vaksinasi ini gratis tidak dipungut biaya,” kata Siti Zaina.


Ia mengharapkan warga yang tinggal di sekitar Kecamatan Mantang dan memiliki anak berusia 12 ke atas dapat memanfaatkan program “Nasi Kapau” (Vaksinasi Jangkau Pulau) ini untuk mendapatkan vaksin dosis pertama. 

“Saya mengimbau kepada masyarakat segera lakukan vaksinasi sehingga masyarakat Mantang dapat mengurangi resiko tertularnya Covid-19 dan terbentuknya Herd Immunity. Ayo vaksin, vaksin itu aman dan sehat, dan hindari berita-berita tidak benar tentang vaksin,” tutup Siti Zaina. reza
